Collective Hauls (03/08/09)

Sorry I got pretty lazy with my previous haul post, but I did get around to getting the details of the items, just not my opinions. sorry.

Okay these are currently my favorite products. I am soooo in love with this Revlon ColorStay quad called "Gems & Jewels". It has the most gorgeous purple and blue tones, with just the right amount of shimmer. Yay! The Revlon lips and Smackers lipgloss are what I use for my lips. The Revlon lipstick is part of the new Matte collection. I absolutely love it, altho' my mom hates it on me. hahah! And the last is just my every day, ELF lip gloss, nice shade of baby pink.

L'Oreal H.I.P. Haul

So my mom and I stopped by one of the local malls, and they actually have a Target there. And they were having a "temporary" reduction sale for H.I.P. products. Their shadow duos were all $3.99! Plus, I had a coupon for $2.00, so it came out to be $1.99! What a friggin deal! I've been eye-ing two duos "Rascal" & "Reckless" for awhile now. But they don't sell "Reckless" at Target, only at drug stores like CVS and Rite Aid. Anyway, I actually love this shade of pink. I played around with a look earlier today with it, and I plan on wearing it tomorrow. Very exciting. Such a deal! $2!!!

Macy's Clinique Haul

I went to Macy's today because I really need to get my Clinique Acne Lotion thing. I swear by that thing. I ran out and stopped using it for a couple of weeks, and started breaking out RELENTLESSLY. It doesn't or rather hasn't removed all my acne, but over the past couple of months definitely reduced the appearances and breakout. It's definitely been a long time since I've gotten that MASSIVE zit anywhere on my face. And I think it's definitely because of this product. I also purchased their Pore Minimizer Instant Perfector because I had heard such great comments and reviews about it. I can't wait to try it out. And because I purchased over $30 i got a free bag/tote, so pink and cute.

Target, Big Lots & ELF Hauls

So, yesterday I went to target, big lots, and food 4 less. I went to target mainly to kill time and see if there were any good deals. They had a rimmel blush that I wanted to try, so u got that. Plus I had a coupon for any nyc product. I grabbed another blush. But when I got home I hated it. I stopped by big lots to grab a hair brush cuz it's cheaper there. And they had some makeup brushes for cheap!! I then realized that I need to buy coffee, so I stopped by the food 4 less next door and lo and behold they sold lots of elf products there!! So I grabbed a few that I've been wanting to try. So here they all are...

Bargain Hauls (01/30/09)

I stopped by Big Lots and Target during the week after classes, and got a few good deals.

Target was still having some clearance deals, and I got the Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer. I absolutely love these and I bought a couple because I know in drugstores they're about 6 dollars and I got it for $1.24 each. At Big Lots they had the Softlips balm for a dollar! WOW! I bought a couple of those too. I also got some Revlon ColorStay, shadows which as you know I love. I'm so pleased with that line. I'm awaiting a BOGOFree sale so I can stock up on my foundation.

Pictured Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer in 'Watermelon' and Softlips balm 'Cherry' and 'Strawberry' flavor

Pictured Revlon ColorStay Quad in 'Priceless Metal' and single shadow in 'Champagne' (both $3 each -- the single I think is quite overpriced, but I'm over it)

So, I happened to go by Walgreens because I was hunting for a good backup blush for my car, when I forget my makeup. Apparently they were having this big clearance sale. The bummer of it all was that the first Walgreens I went was all out of ALL clearance stuff, all that was left were signs. So I went a couple of miles west to another Walgreens, and lo and behold they had stuff left! Whoo-hoo!

I've always been wanting to try Milani's Sunset Duo blushes/bronzers, but they were always too expensive for my tastes. Anyway, I got both blushes/bronzers for sooo cheap! I was stoked!

Pictured: Milani's Sunset Duo Blush/Bronzer in 'Sunset Strip' and 'Sunset Beach' ($1.39 each!!)

Pictured: Prestige Skin Loving Minerals SunBaked Mineral Bronzing Powder in 'Rich Bronze' (for $3.19 it's originally like $14)

Pictured: Prestige Eyeliner in 'White' ($1.09), Prestige Soft Blend Khol Eyeliner in 'Leaf' and 'Shiraz' ($1.29 each)

This one was a real treat they were having a special of some sort for the St. Ives body scrub which is regularly 8.49 i think. It was on sale for $7.99, and then Walgreens had a coupon for $2 off plus a free gift body wash! What a deal! So for $6 I got both! :D

Collective Hauls (01/24/09)

So as per my last blog, I was gonna go to rite aid to take advantage of their BOGOFree of Loreal/Revlon...but, I forgot their sales end Thursdays not Saturdays, so BOOO i didn't get to. However, I found some good deals with their Almay products, which was BOGOFree, plus I had a $1 off coupon from a past Sunday paper. I absolutely love these products, for $7 with tax and everything for both was amazing. I love the pink and the beige (which i use for highlight). I've been looking for a soft pink that still shows on my lids. The lipgloss is amazing, it has a funny taste at first but I think it's the avocado flavor or whatever. It is also a little bit minty as well, the color and stay power is just great.

I also did a walmart haul for my nails. They been splitting a lot lately I think from my ELF polishes, which I'm not gonna use anymore (gah!). I love the Gold Star because it comes in a nice size, much smaller than regular nail polishes, which is good because most my polishes just dry out. I use it to add glitter to my cream polishes.

Pictured: Sally Hansen 'Hard as Nails' in Natural Tint, Rimmel's 60 seconds in 'Frisky Clover' and 'Climax', and Petites in 'Gold Star'

I went to a local mall and they had NYX lipsticks for $1.50. How exciting that was. I've always wanted to try their lip sticks with all the reviews I've seen on YT. My favorite are the first two, they're a great shade of pink, and the staying power for that price is amazing. I tried out the 'Electra' on just for fun, and when I tried to remove it, it was relentless, it would not come off. Haha! So that's awesome!

Another haul was my drugstore haul at Walgreens and CVS. CVS was having once again their BOGOFree of Revlon plus some clearance merchandise. I had a coupon for Loreal HIP's Jelly Balm for $5 off from walgreens, so I grabbed one in Plush.

And my latest haul from yesterday. I'm so excited about this one because I got AMAZING deals at Target. They had a lot products on clearance including a small 0.17oz sized Juicy Couture perfume (LOVE LOVE LOVE!). Also, I included my little haul from Vegas' CCO.

Pictured: Revlon Luxurious Color Eyeliner in 'Antique Gold' (originally $8.59, got it for $2.14), MAC Paint Pot in 'Fresco Rose' ($12), Neutrogena Mineral Sheers in 'Clay' and 'Stone' (originally $6.89, got it for $1.82 each) and Sally Hansen No Chip 10 Day Color in 'Pink Persuasion' (originally $3.74, got it for $0.93)

Revlon Colorstay Quad

I'm totally in love with these quads. I stopped by Big Lots! Last night, and they had Spring Moss for $3! I was sooooo happy when i saw that. Because at Target their regular price is like $5.44 (something like that). They have a sale going on at Rite Aid right now BOGOFree for Revlon and I believe Loreal's HIP stuff. So, I'm going to stop by tomorrow. hehe!

The 99 cents Store Haul

So I went back to the 99 cents store because I really liked the Miami palette I got. So I got three more palettes. I wasn't too hot about two of the three I got, but you can't beat 99 cents. I also saw a ELF nail polishes so I grabbed a couple. I really like them simply because they dry really fast, and last for about a week. And a week is all you really even need because, for me, I get sick of the color easily and feel the need to change the color.
